"Halloween and pool parties, most of the folks are really nice and kind. Just overall a great place. This neighborhood is also close to an elementary school and a Christian academy as well as a few churches"

"Lived in this area. Great area for anyone. Nice spacious homes for a reasonable cost. Mature trees. Great neighbors. Would often take walks in the area.Friendly people. Great place for kids as well."
