About this House

Gorgeous view with a great house.
The house is located two miles south of Route 97 Exit 143 on a quiet cul-de-sac off a well maintained paved road.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, appx 1760 SQ FT on two floors.
It is on about 0.9 acres and has a magnificent view of Mt Bachelor, the lava flow from Lava Butte and the Deschutes National Forest.
There is a 1 car heated attached garage and an oversized (700+ sq ft) 2 car free standing garage.
A 6 zone mini-split heating and cooling system supplements an oversized wood stove.
There is a 6 person hot tub and a 6,000 gallon pond with goldfish next to the house.
The kitchen and bathrooms have all been upgraded.
There is a large wrap-around Trex deck facing south and west partially covered by a roof overhang; also a Trex deck on the north providing shade for outdoor dining in the late summer.
A large, flat, gravel open driveway provides ample off-street parking.
There is a 14 Panel 4KW Solar Array that feeds power back into the grid. Every month Pacific Power sends a check to pay for the generated electricity. The power to the house has been upgraded to 400 Amp Service.
Water is provided by a well that taps into a 50 foot deep aquifer and there is a standard septic system to handle the waste. You need to come on to the property to appreciate the location and the view. We are friendly and don't have any dogs.

Buyer's Brokerage Compensation 2%

There is an optional well established small business for sale that would take about 60 hours a month to run that nets enough to pay 2/3 rds to 3/4ths of the estimated mortgage. Details upon request.
