When I've had listings at this address, they usually disappear soon enough, in part because they're wonderful apartments, in part because the owners are warm decent people. It has a deep, front living room overlooking leafy, quiet block, open onto an adjoining, central, windowed eat-in kitchen with extensive cabinetry, counter space, pantry, and dishwasher. Center hall for even separation of bedrooms. The master bedroom is large enough for queen sized set and accompanying pieces. Decent sized second bedroom, ideal for children. A windowed side room is off of the living room, perfect for a home office or nursery. Full bath with porcelain fixtures therein. Decorative tin ceiling with recessed lighting, blonde oak floor. Multiple large closets throughout. Heat & hot water included. In-unit laundry. Cats okay on approval, no dogs or smokers allowed.
