About this House

Buyer's agents welcome. Accepting all reasonable offers. Well built brick ranch with large front yard and fenced back yard. Tiled kitchen with granite countertops, both bathrooms have been remodeled and vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house with exception of the kitchen and bathrooms. Home has a formal dining room that has been used as an office for the last 15 years and a formal living room. The den has a wood burning fireplace and a beautiful skylight that was recently replaced. The wall plumbing has been replaced and updated in the kitchen, both bathrooms, and 22 feet of the central waste water line from the kitchen through to the main sewage line has been replaced with updated PVC. A Brand new 50gal hot water heater was installed in August 2022. This family home is all electric and all of the appliances will pass with the sale of the house. This includes the dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and the microwave. Roof is architectural shingle and is 12 years old. HVAC is a bit older but still works great. The Compressor was replaced last summer and my HVAC repair professional has said the unit has at least 6+ years left. Seller will have the duct work cleaned and AC fully serviced at sellers expense before move in. House has been cared for and priced competitively to offset the cost of any repairs or updates the buyers would like to have done. Simplisafe security system will stay with the house. This is a great established neighborhood with many families and wonderful neighbors! One Family owned since 1969.

There has been a few shootings recently in oakland park. There is a good bit of abandoned houses in the neighborhood. We definitely keep the doors locked. The schools are terrible,If we stay in the area will be hard-shipping my kids or home schooling next yr. "
