Dogs under 40 lbs and cats will be considered with an additional $400 deposit and $50 per month. Convenient access to the Freeway, shopping, canyons, schools, and everything else! Shed in the backyard. No smoking. Electric hookups in laundry. Tenants pay all utilities.
All individuals over the age of 18 must complete an application and pay the $40 fee. Please call 801-508-4114 to arrange a showing. Application Criteria 1-Credit Check: All tenants must pass the credit approval process.
2-Nationwide Background Check: All applications will be processed and searched through a nationwide background check. Any past or pending felonies will result in an automatic rejection of the application.
3-Employment Verification: We reserve the right to verify all forms of employment listed on the application. We require that household monthly gross income meet or exceed two times the listed rent amount in order to be considered.
4-Past Landlord Reference: Any negative feedback given by past landlords will result in an automatic rejection of the application.
