Both bedrooms are large, and the bathroom has a double hung window and storage space in the cabinets. The front of the house has a phone nook! The front and back yards are spacious and gated. There is a patio area where you can barbecue, grow a vegetable garden, and the laundry room is a separate area attached to the garage (does not take away from parking).

Upgrades done to the home include new vinyl flooring, new windows, insulated exterior walls/attic, copper plumbing, new electrical, interior and exteriors painted, and split unit air conditioners in the front and back of the house. The home has smart light switches installed with LED dimmer bulbs (will work with Alexa).

The house is wired for Spectrum or FIOS internet and DirecTV. Most rooms have hardwired ethernet. Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the house (14 total). You will have access to the cameras. Forced air heating with a Nest thermostat (can control remotely with your phone). TV Wall Mounts are also included.

Stove is included in the rental. All other appliances will be provided by the tenant.

This is a pet friendly house!

Close proximity to the 91 & 710 Freeways, many local eateries nearby, and grocery shopping just one mile away (Aldi, Vons, Smart & Final) in the Bixby area. 15 minutes from Lakewood where there are more shopping and dining options. 3 minute drive to Jordan High School, and walking distance to Deforest Park/wetlands.

Tenant pays all utilities (SCE & Long Beach Gas Company).

Stove is included with rental. Blackout curtains in all rooms included.

Pets are welcome with a one-time $200 pet deposit. Small & large doggie doors are included and install to the sliding glass door in the kitchen.

Gardening - front yard is maintained with a gardener. Tenant is responsible for back yard maintenance.
