"The park is nice with the free library also very quiet and away from main streets also all stores and restaurants are in close distance from home not a long commute "

"We moved here in April 2012 from Crosby. Best decision we ever made. The 3 cul de sac streets, Dee Oaks, Cluster Oaks and Climbing Oaks are very secluded with all large Perry custom homes. Very upscale area."
