As a parent of two children attending this school I am happy to say this will be the last year they are there. Faculty has zero control over what is going on at this school. I walked in to my youngest child’s class during the national anthem to see kids wandering about and sitting not paying any attention.My oldest daughter comes home everyday and tells me about a girl in her class being called the R word over and over and the teacher does NOTHING. The principals are just as useless in assisting with anything going on in the school and constantly gloss over any concerns you may have.

"I LOVE IT HERE BOUGHT MY HOME 26yrs ago it’s paid off now we are near all kinds of restaurants, shopping, Tanger outlet entertainment North Charleston Colosseum it’s beautiful near rivers ball parks technical college a few minutes away from the elementary the high school and the middle school very central located 40 minutes from the beach two hours Myrtle Beach two hours Savannah I just love the location"

"It’s near the interstate and rivers avenue. The traffic during rush hour is terrible. During the school year don’t plan on getting through the city at a reasonable pace between the 6:30am - 9am and 1:30 pm - 4:15pm"

"Super neighborhoods and community. I have lived in this local area for over 15 years. Raised four girls for a large portion of that. Lived in close by neighborhoods and these schools are by far the best! Award winning schools. A great community to live, to raise a family, and feel safe! Well maintained. "

"Older generation area. Love it. Feel super safe and in the middle of everything. Love being close to park circle. Enjoy the bars and near everything on rivers avenue. North woods mall, Walmart and target all close. No good grocery store though. "

"First, this neighborhood has top rated public schools! This makes it attractive for families with school age kids. Lots of long long term owners here. They care about their homes and neighborhood. It shows- no junk around and peach and quiet."
