2010 River Birch Zone 1 16x76 Mobile home that sits on about .95 acres. 3 bedroom 2 full baths laundry room pantry. Homes doesn’t need much repairs . Has a small leak and a few dry wall patches that needs to be repaired. Has a shed that could stay on property but will need to be payed off.. Home could use some paint as well as new doors or doors could be painted . Has small leak around door frame in the back. Has 3 entry doors. Well pump and tank was replaced about 1 year ago septic tank is sized for a double wide. Well pump lasted from 1998 same as septic tank. Any more questions feel free to ask.
