About this House

Originally constructed in 1832, this home was a working farmhouse until the 1960's.
Colonial vernacular in design, improvements included 3 car attached garage with finish workshop.
An addition with large combination of family room, laundry room, guess room, and mud room was built on 2x6 inch framing in 1984 at the right of the original building. It have an engineer wooden dark floors and a large functional wood stove that provide heat to all this addition.
Two remodeled bath are attached to the large master suite of 17 X 21 that includes two walking closets built in 2013. One bathroom has a toilet, large shower and sink. The second bathroom has a private toilet room, claw foot bath tub, and two sinks. The bathroom floors and walls are finished in Brazilian tiles with controlled electrical warmers under the flooring. The master suite, walking closets, informal dining room, and pantry have teak engineer wood floors. This addition located to the left of the original building was built in 1979 and it is totally finished with tall baseboards and large crown moldings.
It has a remodeled kitchen with Corian counters and Bosch gas cooktop.
The kitchen communicates with informal dining room of 12 x 20 trough a double French door. the dining area has a large finished pantry attached to it.
The Laundry room and the dining room pantry were nicely finished by the California Closets Co.
The outdoor details include multiple landscaping features along with two custom made Gazebos and a fire pit area.

This area is subject to Township zoning. There are large lots, usually 1/2 acre or more. Our neighbors are primarily professionals. The are is peaceful, quiet and secure.

    "I have lived here since the last year or two but it was in a different location than the other places in my town so it wasn’t that big a difference but it is still pretty much a little more expensive to get to that area than the one I was in and then the one that was on my side and I think it is in a different spot."

We are in a very similar area with lots to the north east coast of Florida County in my area but we are not in a very big area yet and I am not quite ready for the area to get into a good location to be in a place that would have some good options to stay there and enjoy it and enjoy it as long and I can I just want you know to stay here for the same as I don’t have a few weeks of my time to get it I just wanna be with my friends in a few years and I’m sure you guys have a great day at this place to go!
