About this House

What's unique:Full basementFormal dining spaceTwo-bedroom layout
A real-life Goldilocks house: not too big, not too small, and designed for buyers who want the single-family lifestyle without the stress.

Inside, the two-bedroom layout keeps life practical and efficient, while the bathroom is surprisingly spacious for the home. PLUS, you still get to keep your beloved formal dining space. It’s sounding like a win…

Outside, the large yard offers useful outdoor space for grilling, entertaining, a dog, gardening, play space, or simple fresh air without becoming too much to handle.

Let’s talk practical. The full basement and huge shed give you the storage we rarely get enough of. Low taxes help keep the monthly costs more approachable, and we all could use that.

Patchogue Village is 0.9 miles away, close to restaurants, events like Alive After Five, and everyday conveniences. PLUS, if you commute, the train station is close, clocking in at 1.1 miles from your front door.

This is not too much house. It is not too little house.
It is the kind of home that may be… “JUST RIGHT.”
