About this House

Here on Maple street you're welcomed to classic quintessential New England charm, well lit airy space, thoughtful updates and more! Once you park in the expanded driveway it's easy to imagine relaxing on the cozy front porch day or night. Enter into the living room with adjoining space for office, playroom, small bedroom etc. The flooring throughout the first floor was upgraded/replaced just last year. The kitchen is large enough to cook in, entertain and eat with everyone! The space is brightened with natural light from the slider that leads off from the kitchen to the large deck and huge level fenced in over a quarter acre backyard~ complete with an only 4 year old above ground pool (liner replaced and pool professionally leveled by Juilanos 2019) for those balmy summer days that will be here before we know it. The large Kloter Farms shed remaining is fantastic for storage. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and there is a bathroom to enjoy on each floor (shower on first floor and tub upstairs). The second floor bath was remodeled within the past 2 years and the first floor bath was freshened up with fresh paint and vanity. Natural gas fueled heat and hot water keeps utilities affordable. Boiler new Nov 2016 and water heater replaced last year apo!
