Description

Due to the amount of interest I will be holding 3 open houses, Thursday(9/17) 4:00 to 6:30, Saturday (9/19) 9:00 to 10:30 am and Sunday (9/20) 9:00 to 10:30 am. We will allow each party to walk through one group at a time with social distancing in mind. Freshly painted 1st floor apartment with one off street parking spot and a shared back yard area. This unit has a large eat in kitchen, large pantry and a heated mud room for that extra bit of storage. Centrally located in Bethlehem's north side with easy access to route 378.

Landlord will pay for heat and garbage removal. Water (if the tenant chooses to hook up a washer in the basement, water usage will be metered and billed to the tenant), electric, telephone and cable/satellite(dish is not aloud to be attached to the building) TV and internet are the tenants responsibility. No smoking. To qualify for this property you must show proof of income and have a minimum monthly take home pay of $2700, approximately 3 times the monthly rent. One application per adult which includes a credit check, background check and questionnaire at $40 per adult applicant. Proof of income is required. We do not accept section 8. Rental insurance is required with a personal liability coverage of $300,000. No Pets. A discount may be offered to qualified applicants that agree to a 2 year lease.
