"It’s safe and quiet. I moved from NYC and will never go back. Night and day difference. Best decision we’ve ever made. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a great place to if you like quiet but also enjoy access to more city type things to do. Then there’s the in the backyard activities, fishing, hiking, river activities… good place to live"
  • Trulia User
"It’s close enough to parks and other amenities of that nature and there is a ton of hiking areas near by. I see kids out and about every day. "
  • Jacqueline H.
"I reside in this area from And My almost 4 yrs. This is a big change living in a rural area. It has been building up alot! As more people are running to Pa to escape high cost of living etc. This area is becoming increasingly expensive too! A car is more needed here depending on where you live and buses are very limited!! Its overall quiet and great nature in the area. "
  • Lissette C.
"Schools are good. Pet and kid friendly. Good neighbors. Shopping area close by. Nice place to live and raise kids. Not to expensive. Overall good neighborhood. "

  • Michael P.
"Many people walk dogs on side streets, sometimes people go in groups after a while. Just be wary of other dogs that are unleashed on their property and may run out to the road to meet you, very rare though."
  • Lissette C.
"Most of the neighbors look out for one another. Kids are able to safely play outside. Very quite neighborhood."
  • Edwin S.
"Very scenic and peaceful. I love the quiet drive through back roads. It can get a bit crazy with out of state drivers but for the most part it’s quiet"
  • Lissette C.
"I escaped the City life and relocated to this area in 2018. So far it’s been welcoming. It’s a family oriented neighborhood. I feel safe allowing my son to play outside, and even walk on his own up the road to his school’s bus stop. "
  • DARRICK B.
"its hard commuting , no public transportation to the hills and upper areas. So you need a vehicle to go to town for groceries or medical needs."
  • Alexandra L.
"Im a tenant in the area. It’s ok but nothing to write home about. Neighborhood goes from nice to sketchy quickly"

  • Sableangelica
"This is not a walkable area unless you want to get killed by a car. There are no sidewalks. My family member lives there for seven years and the neighbors do not even look at you. It is the most unfriendly development I have ever encountered. There are no dogs allowed in that development so I don’t know why it says that it’s pet friendly."
  • Syllana
"It's a community with lots of amenities and very close to shopping, restaurants and local activities. You will also need a car with all wheel or four wheel drive for the winter."
  • Joseph C.
"Seen people walking their dogs, yards are all big enough to have pets. Just be careful, never know when a bear could come out of the woods. "
  • Lesliemaldonado696
"Commuting is challenging without a car and schools are ok ... very active with the college two blocks away a lot of activity during school year but quiet"
  • Timtv2003
"Residents are always walking their dogs and always on leashes. I’ve been living here for 9 years and I have never seen or heard of incidents or negative incidents regarding dogs. I would say that is a very pet friendly neighborhood and dog loving neighborhood for that matter."
  • Matt
"Beach parties. Potluck dinners. Fishing events. Hiking. Neighbors know each other well. Strong HOA. "
  • Dee S.
"heavy traffic on manor route. close to stores and shopping.close to highways. gas stations and tobacco shops"
  • Jknightdavis

  • Jknightdavis
"Eh a few to many complaints about barking! Grave dislike after all they are dogs and that’s how they express themselves "
