About this House

Very nice home with three car garage, 3 large bedrooms with walk in closets and one room with the standard closet. Master bath has the jetted tub with dual vanity sink and separate shower. The master closet is very large. Vaulted ceiling in the living room and master bedroom with ceiling fans in most every room. The upstairs has one bedroom, a 3/4 bath with shower, and a very nice media room. The upstairs has its own heat and cooling unit.

 I have done landscaping around the front entrance as well as around the back patio. The kitchen has had new tile backsplash that looks great. New carpet was installed in the living room last year. The garage has custom shelving to make the most of the space.

Neighborhood Description

This is an awesome neighborhood with a former member of the bachelor living here as well as athletes. New houses are going up in this subdivision left and right so it is a very nice area. It's very peaceful. There is a community clubhouse with tennis courts as well as a very nice pool for members of the subdivision.
