This home is located in a prime location, with a community pool and park, and is located close to the 60 and lots of shopping. The neighborhood is great for young couples and families and the home is too. At just under 1700 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is ideal for those looking for a nice place to call home. All appliances are included, there is lots of storage space, and a nice patio space for entertaining with a beautiful water feature.

We are looking for tenants who are clean, timely with their rent, and who will be easy to work with. This was my first home and one that I take much pride in so we want someone who will give the same care and attention they would to their own home. No Smoking or pets.

Owner pays HOA fees. However, if violations are made by tenants, they will be paid by tenant. Tenant must also pay for Electricity (SRP) and City of Mesa Utilities. Deposit is last month's rent, plus $850 refundable deposit (minus any damages and cleaning fees incurred.)
