About this House

Nice view for the money. This sounds like a lot of waterfront but it is GRDA and in the back of the cove. Don't think one can have a dock but you never know with GRDA, price is based on it not dockable, but you could pump irrigation from the lake. Lot has dogwoods, a redbud and other mature trees. Slopes a bit. Area has nice homes and there are slips for rent in the neighborhood for 250 per month at time of listing.

My child was one of many that was sexually assaulted on the school bus. She was alsoafe fun of due to her race. Then they put my children on the wrong bus and refuse to tell me where they were so I could pick them up from one of the stops along the routes. There's more even, but the bottom line is my children were traumatized by the school and urs cost us so much mentally emotionally and financially and none of us even received an apology. Enroll your children in Fairland.

"There are no fences in our neighborhood, dogs must be on leash at all times. There is open space and some dogs."

"There is very limited public transportation. Drive you own car, there is uber and Lyft available but is limited. I recommend driving your own vehicle. Neighbors are friendly and neighborly. Most roads are in great condition and well maintained "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for most of my life, and it has been a wonderful place to grow up. The area is extremely safe, a great place to walk or exercise, and has access to a community pool and clubhouse. Beautiful mature trees, ponds and lake views complete the neighborhood and make it an ideal place to live. Highly recommended."
