This is a very nice home with 3 bedrooms, nice oak kitchen. The home offers two family rooms which could be whatever you choose. It has a block detached garage. A large front porch as well as a large back porch. Very nice tall ceilings. Newer roof approx 3/4 years old. Double pane windows, Siding. The master has its own bath and walk in closet. "people walk their dogs regularly here and its nice because there is a park. people usually do good with keeping them leashed and cleaning up after them. "

"My commute is less than 5 minutes. I live in the middle of the city and work at the University. There are multiple routes, so access is not an issue. "

"Unfortunately town is dying. Area around is growing. Community has a lot of pride and younger generation is working hard to beautify and developers areas around the university. "

"There is no public transport besides one taxi service. No mobile commute options either. The only way to get around is by personal vehicle or by foot. It’s not the most conventual means of transport in a world full of Uber’s and Lyft’s. "

"there kind and watch out for each other. and they keep there places clean. and if a neighbor is in need they are there to leand a hand."

"While the neighborhood this home is in is fairly quiet, the whole town has been overrun with drugs, corruption and theft, leaving even decent areas with the question of when their neighborhood is next to go. That said, if enough decent people bought enough decent homes in Portsmouth, it could be revived...it would just take a while to rid it of the more undesirable elements."
