    Very pretty parcel located on the North side of a low hill, heavily treed juniper and some pine, very drivable driveway cut into the parcel and over an acre cleared where the well and water tank are. The Wells in this area produce excellent water quality and 2500 gal storage tank makes it easy to run off Solar Power when you are ready to get off the generator! This is only a 6 mile off Hackberry road which is a county maintained gravel road this is in an area where most of the parcels are 40 acres but there are a few 7ac to 15ac parcels about a mile away. This is located near the old Army Corps of Engineers runway which was constructed many years ago as a backup to the Kingman training ground airport.

      "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
