Beautiful home built in 2021 by Regency Home Builders. It's the biggest floor plan that was available to build in the subdivision known as the Brighton II, and I'm sure one of the biggest houses on the street. Nice open floor concept, high ceilings, and elegant hardwood floors throughout the common areas. It features a beautiful eat in kitchen with a large island and breakfast nook to sit in and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while looking out the window. There are two pantries. It has a nice formal dining room. There is a locker area to hang coats/jackets, and store shoes that is great for organization. There is a walk way into the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is spacious and has nice vaulted ceilings. There are two walk-in closets. Large primary bathroom. It features double vanity, a jacuzzi, double shower head walk through shower, and a towel closet. The toilet area is closed off which is always a plus for privacy. The second closet for the primary bedroom leads to the laundry room. There is also a half bath which is great for guests. The stairs are hardwood as well and have beautiful iron rails that add an extra touch of luxury. The loft area is a favorite. It's so many possibilities for the space. You can place a classic piano there, make it a sitting area, or even an office. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a jack and jill bathroom with double vanity and a closed off shower and toilet area which again is a plus. There are two parts to the bonus room. One part to the bonus room can function as a bedroom. It has a closet. You go through the first room which leads to a hallway that includes an unfinished room. That area can be turned into an office, playroom, or even a studio area. If you keep going pass that room, you'll get to the large bonus room. The owner paid extra to raise the dormer in the bonus room which is another reason why I say it's one of the largest homes on the street. It makes a difference and adds even more possibilities for the space. Did I mention the speaker system in the home which is great for entertainment? Many assume the backyard is small, but if you look at the yard from the patio it's actually big enough for a trampoline, swing set, and shed to be placed back there. Across it's measured at 62'. From patio to the street it's 40 feet. This home is also in a gated community and this particular subdivision has a common area for hosting events/parties for the residents. It also has the perfect location in Olive Branch, being five to ten minutes from almost everything you'll need a daily basis from Target, Kroger, a gym, a lot of food places, etc. You do not want to miss out on this beauty.
