This lovely home is conveniently located near 82nd Street & Frankford Ave in the Frenship school district. The large, open living room features hard wood flooring and a fireplace. The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinets with granite countertops. The isolated master bedroom has an air-flow tub, separate shower, two sinks, and ample closet space. The interior by itself is enough to make this the perfect house for many people, but it additionally has a tremendous outdoor living space in the backyard. There is a hot tub and a large back porch. We can allow up to two dogs with a pet fee!
