Original hardwood floors encompass almost the entirety of the upstairs, including the large family room (reclaimed fireplace mantel), and adjacent dining room. Aside from the 2 bedrooms upstairs, there's a 200 SQ FT sundeck overlooking the yard. Lots of closet space in both bedrooms, with 2 closets and a built-in dresser/cabinet residing in the master bedroom alone.

The kitchen includes brand new light fixtures, stainless steel appliances, backsplash, etc.

The downstairs consists largely of brand new flooring, a large living room, a natural fireplace, a bathroom, a 200 SQ FT laundry/mud room/whatever-floats-your-boat room; with multiple access doors to the garage and back yard, and multiple closets throughout.
