"Dahlonega is a beautiful area! Perfect north Georgia mountain area with beautiful landscapes, scenery, and seasonal views. The city of Dahlonega often takes part in festivals, holidays and local celebrations making it the perfect area for residency as well as a nice mountain getaway! Just minutes from the Appalachian trail the area is great for a little family getaway or a personal journey to connect with nature and yourself. If you've never been, you must visit one day and hey, maybe we'll cross paths!"
  • angieparks75
"My Husband and I just bought a home in this area and i love it. It is a more relaxed and slower kind of living. The school system is great and the people are very friendly and helpful. There is not much out there to do as far as a night life, however there is a few good restaraunts in the square and local Karoake. There is no public transportation unless your wearing stripes..lol. We love it here!"
