2. A background and credit check will be required per-tenant (21 years of age and older) during the application process. Application fee of $39.99 applies per applicant.
3. Income verification required (i.e. 2 months paystubs, or recent W-2, or Letter from employer confirming employment status and annual income)
4. Furnished or unfurnished available.
5. Landscape maintenance included in rental price.
7. Four people maximum allowed.
8. Two pet maximum, either small dog (up to 35 pounds), or cat.
9. No smoking or vaping allowed in the property (no exceptions).
10. Double garage and double driveway included.
11. 250.00 dollars non-refundable one-time pet deposit required.
12. $2000.00 dollars refundable stay deposit required in addition to first month rent.
13. 250.00 one-time cleaning fee due at check out.

    "Great area and neighborhood, it’s gated and we have a HOA that keeps all aligned in a good way. Stuart is growing which is the sad part. What once was an easy trip into town now has become a 30 minute or more excursion. Within 5 square miles 8 new gas stations and over 500 homes. Traffic and lights are now similar to Jupiter and West Palm. My estimate Staurt will be like West Palm, DeRey and Boca if not a Miami traffic mess. City planning board seems to have sold out and allowing clear cutting for new home developments. In the mean time Staurt still maintains its small town qualities so fingers crossed it doesn’t become the place we then all want to leave."
