There's horse property and then there is this property. I've been in this business for a long time and I've never come across a horse property that was both this well maintained and this well appointed until now.

We have community Farmers Market by the Walgreens Drug Store in town each week. BBQ and food tasting events in town by the Theaters. Several events each year are held at the Jurupa Valley Community Center a few blocks away. Skating boarding and youth sports are held there as well. "
