If you want your kids to actually receive a good education don’t send them here. The staff is the rudest people you will ever meet especially that pencola thing and the principal Williams. If you work six days a week night shift and are a single parent they accuse you of being a addict and treat you like a child, I’m in the process of trying to find my kids another school because if they feel they can treat me like that to my face I’m worried how they treat children behind closed doors. Do yourself a favor and don’t put your children into this school!

"Very quiet and well lit in my neighborhood. There is a country feel, but we are not far from most of the shopping. All the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves."

"I have lived here 8 years. the neighborhood is fairly private, but still a neighborhood vibe. we are close to the highway but outside city limits. I love our dead end road which gives a sense of safety with children playing. "

"We have lived here for 7 years now. We are impressed with the local elementary school which offers an optional Spanish Immersion program. A new high school was just opened last year. Steeplegate has acre lots, beautifully manicured homes and it is convenient to I-85 to get to High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem or Charlotte."

"If you want some space to breathe, a great school system, and an easy commute to anyplace in the triad; this is your place. The area is unbelievably safe and is a great place to raise a family. The best area, in my opinion, is around I-85 and the new Wheatmore High School. It's upscale country living at it's best!"
