The family room has a wet bar with cabinets above and below in oak, including wine rack and hanging storage for wine glasses. First floor laundry room with Marriott cabinets and counter space. The first floor also contains two half baths and a study. Master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, 2 floor to ceiling windows with half round glass above, gas fireplace in suite. Attached master bath, bay windows, jetted tub for two with tile surround, glass and tile shower, double sinks, tiled floor and privacy closet for toilet, and walk in closet. 2 bedrooms with full bath. 1 bedroom with walk in closet and attached full bath. 1/2 finished basement all carpeted, including 1 room, along family sitting room, 3/4 bath, wet bar with cabinets, small refrigerator, microwave, 2 level bar area for seating, gas fireplace. Enclosed 1/2 unfinished basement with bilco doors for access to backyard for storage. 2 1/2 car garage, with extra space along the inside, including natural gas heater.
