Well-designed kitchen features walnut countertops, quiet Bosch dishwasher, French door refrigerator, Kitchen-aid 5 burner gas cooktop, an additional pantry area, and lots of storage space in the custom craftsman cabinets. The sunny main bedroom suite features a comfortable queen platform bed and cozy side chair. There are 2 walk-in closets with ample storage, shelving and approximately 15 feet of rod/hanging space. Large, updated bathroom has a soothing retro cast iron tub, overhead shower, restored mid century azul blue tile, long vanity cabinet and mirrored cabinet with lots of storage.

The back area of the home has a warm sunroom/family room, 2 additional bedrooms (1 Twin day bed/office and 1 queen), laundry area with deep sink, storage shelving and a renovated bath with shower. A door from the sunroom leads out to the private backyard area with large table and chairs to enjoy the greenery.

"Furnished" includes furniture/rugs/lamps/art/mirrors/some linens/throw pillows only (not "turn key".) Just bring your clothes, linens, personal items and kitchen gear and you will be set! Sorry, the home is NOT available unfurnished, but there is possibly room for a few of your items. Potential on-site parking is available for a small car, please inquire. There is also available street parking, no permits are required.

There are beautiful walks to several neighborhood parks nearby. Public Tennis courts are a block away. Centrally located, so only a few minute drive to Trader Joes/Safeway, Asilomar Beach/boardwalk, 17 mile drive, Pebble Beach, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, and great Pacific Grove and Monterey restaurants.

Sorry, no animals (due to Owner's documented severe allergy.) There are 3 outdoor sets of stairs to get up to the front door (but the views are worth it!) Excellent credit, references and sufficient verifiable income/assets required. Thank you for your interest!
