"It’s quiet and nice. You see people exercising and biking. The summer is wonderful, the pools are plentiful. There are always several lifeguards on duty,attentive to the people that are out enjoying themselves. Neighbors are friendly. There are several major stores close by. "

"For the most part, the area is safe. There are apartments nearby that may have some families that may be less fortunate and will find a way to make ends meet. Children will be children. Meaning the common things children do, they just need guidance. "

"Quiet neighborhood. Good schools. Most of the neighborhood has sidewalks. Does not lose power often during storms. Largely 3-5 bedroom neighborhood, so lots of families."
