About this House

Furnished short-term rental outside of Flagstaff on a big lot. Lots of parking and access to one car attached garage. Rent includes all of the utilities with limitations, including power, water, propane, garbage, TV and internet. Rent for as many months as you need up until May 31rst when the owner comes back for the season. 2500 a month rent, 2500 refundable security deposit, 300 cleaning fee, 150 setup. No pets, no smoking.

The tenant can stay until May 31rst if desired. Rental insurance is required.

It definitely doesn't feel like your typical mobile home community. It's cheap to live here, but everyone takes pride in their homes. Great place for people with families and for retired people too. The lots are huge and there's tons of trees for privacy. It's right on the side of a mountain, so there's lots of wildlife and hiking trails around the community. "
