"Awesome neighborhood. I feel safe here. It’s family friendly neighborhood. I’ve seen hurricanes, snowstorm, blizzard etc and we seem to not lose power. Never floods here. "

"It’s pretty quite around this neighborhood people tend to get along others tend to just be in everyone else business those are the people I stayed away from..they tend to bring on problems and situations that I feel can cause even more hectic demeanor "

"You can tell going into the neighborhood people take pride in their properties. You see kids playing and people walking the neighborhood. Very family oriented and friendly neighbors. Have always felt safe living in the neighborhood. The kids love their school. Always feel relaxed sitting on the front porch. "
