6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of my kids graduated from Sprayberry (2021 & 2025) and both have expressed how grateful they are that we moved into this district vs the other East Cobb schools. Just know that test scores and things you can measure on paper don't come close to telling the whole story. Nothing against the other East Cobb Schools, as everyone has a different perspective and right fit for their kids....but there is something to be said for being at a school that doesn't put additional pressure on kids to perform in the name of ratings. There are repercussions for that which cannot be measured. And as other parents have expressed, diversity and real-world type exposure to a variety of cultures, household income levels, and backgrounds only helps develop empathy and understanding for families who are different than you. Sprayberry faculty actually encourages all kids to take the SAT or ACT, even if they aren't certain they want to go to college, as the sentiment is that maybe they will change their mind at some point. The school doesn't try to "protect" their ratings for student scores for websites such as this one, which can only use calculations. So the variety of standardized test scores are a reflection of encouragement...not lesser performance.Don't overlook the value that Sprayberry empirically offers - talk to parents and students that attend(ed) the school, look at the resilient school spirit in spite of the tendency of other East Cobber opinions (who are unfamiliar with the experience of attending the school), look at the excellence in sports programs done with less money and donation/booster funds.Parent Review1mo ago23 Reviews - Daniell Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been going to this school since she was in Kindergarten we've never really had any issues up until fourth grade. She ended with the worse set of teachers, they bully the children an say hateful things to the students an piggyback off of each other. An when confronted they lie and act like nothing ever happened. These two ladies should consider retirement. I wouldn't say this is the worse school but if you can avoid this set of fourth grade teachers please do!!Parent Review2y ago14 Reviews - Check out schools near 574 Farmbrook Trl NE.

"Parents should stay very involved and aware. While Kennesaw is a good area, kids still face peer pressure, social challenges, and online influences. Open communication with your child and staying connected with the school makes a big difference."

"It has a mall. It also gets pretty busy for its size: US-Hwy 41 runs through here, and it is a part of the metro Atlanta area. It has some public transit from CobbLinc in the form of buses. "

"It’s smaller than some of the larger neighborhoods, only 122 homes. I’ve lived here for 12 years now and know many of my neighbors and get along with them. There is little to no crime in the time I’ve lived here. I feel safe with my children playing outside and in the neighborhood. "
