About this House

People always walk by and comment on how nice our place looks inside and out. It's a beautiful home that we have always enjoyed. We are so close to everything, stores, theaters, restaurants, parks and rivers/lakes. Chico State University is a very short bike ride away and with all of the paved bike trails you can be throughout town in minutes. This home is very economical to heat and cool along with inexpensive water usages and curbside garbage pickup. The garage is a two car garage/workshop with the studio apartment above with all gas appliances. Great home with low tax.
