The heating system is oil-fired steam heat with the heat being covered by the owner temporarily. A conversion to natural gas forced hot water will be made in the spring time at which point, the rent will be reduced to $1400 and the tenant will assume payment of the natural gas bill. Off street parking is available for two cars and there is a laundry hookup in the basement for the tenant to provide their own washer/dryer. No pets allowed! Smoking not allowed!

Requirements include first month's rent, security deposit, proof of income being at least 3x rent, and a credit score above 600. Must also have a clean rental history with no evictions on record.
