For example, after a storm knocked down a tree on our property, we received a notice to remove it within 30 days—but it was difficult to even get a tree service scheduled in that timeframe. Situations like that can feel frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with unexpected damage. There have also been instances where notes were left rather than having a conversation, which can make the neighborhood feel less welcoming. Overall, it’s a visually lovely neighborhood, but the experience can depend heavily on neighbor interactions. For those considering moving here, it may be worth understanding the expectations and level of enforcement ahead of time."
