About this House

Was originally built in 1940, most of original home has been removed and new construction to include cement drive, chain link fence, new AC/ Propane Central Unit. There is a 24 BTU A/C/ Electric Heat Wall Mounted Unit as backup. There is a large upstairs w/2 Rooms both have Central AC and Heat. Garage is a 12 x30 detached building. Septic system new installed 2016. Home and garage both have Architectural Shingles. A small part of the MB had termites. All damaged materials were torn out and new wood, insulation, drywall installed and inspected by ServAll of Paris, Tn. Most of interior has been freshly painted and All exterior has been painted and new trim installed.
I had Anderson Windows and Door upgraded and installed in 2020. They are such a blessing no matter what weather is outside. This is a nice house in which my family of 6 grew up in. I've lived here since 1994 and this is a great area if you like peace and quiet with prime hunting or viewing of wildlife.

Dover Elementary easily rates 5 stars! As a military family that has literally been all over the world, we couldn't be happier with a year in Dover TN! The faculty immediately embraced my son and pushed him to meet every goal. His classmates welcomed him and involved him in activities. Yes, a foreign language would be icing on the cake!!
