I have a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath home for sale in one of the best retirement communities in Florida. Gold Tree is an upscale manufactured community. There are many, many amenities: a huge pool with hot tub, tennis courts, a library, a billiards room a 15,000 square foot community room and much much more! Gold Tree is right off of Lockwood Ridge Road close to SR 70 you have Publix, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Beef O'Brady's, CVS.

The lot rent is only 635 per month and that includes grass cutting, trash pickup, water, community heated pool, pickle and tennis courts, basic cable that is in your house however spectrum does give you a deal if you want internet and a dvr box. I live in the park as well and only pay 38 dollars a month for internet, dvr and HD channels with a dvr. There is so much to do and so many great people to do it with. It does NOT come with a share however you can buy a share for only 42,500 which will reduce the lot rent to 255 per month not sure how long they will sell them for at that price but that's what it is today.

You will need to be approved by the park 650 credit score and pass a background check.

This home price was just reduced to only $99,900.00 which in this area and in this park won't last.
