Best price around for this 2+ bedroom 1.5 story....nice size bedroom on main level and very large bedroom upstairs that could be divided into two bedrooms. Beautiful original doors and woodwork....leaded glass in living room and foyer....exposed hardwood bedroom 1 and there is hardwood under the carpet in the living room and dining room...This is a lot of house for the price...good curb appeal with gingerbread style front....original kitchen is in good shape and the arched window area over sink is very unique. Home is part of trust so seller would like to sell "as is" although they do not know anything that is wrong with the property.
