Neighborhood is very friendly and in terrific midtown location with walkable shops and restaurants. Bus line to downtown and campus is 3 blocks away. Rail line to downtown is 10-15 minute walk. We enjoy the area as it is amazingly close to many of the great things about Austin.

This is completely furnish and has a touch of Mediterranean design with some Texas flair. The house has three bedrooms including a guest room/office. The office is a perfect work space with large window, desk, Aeron chair, printer, paper shredder, sofa, television, and privacy--a perfect spot for your work and studies.

The main living area has abundant natural light from the two story tinted window with a comfortable sofa and streaming television. The gourmet kitchen has everything you'd need for daily meals or a nice dinner with friends including new gas stove/oven, quartz countertop, quiet dishwasher, high-end cookware, and stoneware dishes.

The two bathrooms have walk-in showers with large shower heads and a soaking tub in the main bathroom along with tankless water heater for all your hot water needs.

Since it is a part time residence, there will be a couple of locked closets. There is a detached one car garage and shed on the property we use for storage that will not be available to renters. The rent is priced with these factors in mind.

The rental term will follow the academic year from mid August, 2025 through end of May, 2026 (Zillow doesn't allow us to specific exact dates.) This is a great option for visiting academics, graduate students, or couple between homes (or restoring a primary residence in the area.)

Renter is responsible for City of Austin utilities (electricity, water, wastewater, trash pickup), Internet, and Gas. Some TV steaming services provided.
