About this House

Four bedrms - one is isolated and was intended to be a "mother-in-law room" with two large walk-in closets, one of which could be turned into a 1/2 bath. Livingroom, two bedrooms and one bath newly painted. Due to water damage, entry hall, dining/kitchen area and area in the his and her dressing areas off the master bedroom (also isolated) have new porcelain tile. Living area and master bedroom have new carpet. Currently giving the kitchen/dining area a "facelift". There is also a good-sized utility room with pantry cabinets.

    "In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

    "Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
