About this House

This unique raised ranch home has features that are not a standard with most homes. Part of what makes it special is the fact that it sits on over three acres in the city and has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The main level gives plenty of space for social gathers and boasts a huge covered patio and 20 x 30 sun room. The 26 x 24 covered patio would be great to entertain friends. The living room is big enough for a formal dining and if that doesn't work it has a large eat in kitchen. The lower level of this home has two baths, one with a shower, and one with a whirlpool tub, and additional three bedrooms and a small sitting/family area. The lower level also has a walkout from the basement. The carport is extra large and can fit three cars or more. The interior garage could be returned to it's original use by changing out the sliding patio doors. There are three sheds on the property two 16 x 12 and 1 shed that is 16 x 22, various walking paths and a small doggie door at one entrance.
