This 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Southside home is situated on a 1 acre lot with a creek, pond and 2 car garage . The home comes fully furnished with everything available to move in and start living. Rental period will be from January 19th until March 19th with the option to possibly extent until mid-May. Rent will include recycling, trash, internet, and utilities. It would be ideal if the renter could have a PO Box so we don't need to switch mail for the short rental period.

$3,500 deposit and first months rent due at signing of the lease agreement. $35/person background check. Non-smoking home, and looking for clean and responsible tenants to enjoy our home while we are away for work. Home must be professionally cleaned at move-out to same condition it was in at move-in. Renters insurance required.
