About this House

Single Wide trailer in pretty nice condition. Sold "AS IS" Recently renovated. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and open floor plan in living room and kitchen. New kitchen appliances and floors in 2014. Oil heat, propane stove, and window units for air conditioning. A large older model AC unit is built In and works very well! Located in Waysons corner. Monthly lot payment is $540 and includes water, trash removal, and snow removal. Similar trailers are selling for $20,000 but this trailer is in need of new windows. New front door in 2014 and new back door put in a few months ago because the old door was letting water in. Since the outdoor photos were taken the trailer has been painted tan with red shutters and the deck has been painted dark brown with deck Restore. Also, a larger shed was put in to replace the shed pictured. There is an empty lot on one side which makes a great yard for kids or a dog! Please call 301-646-2514 for questions or to see it. Thanks

The teachers were always receptive and we willing to go the extra mile. Mrs. Brown, the principle was fabulous as was Mrs. Jean Springston, who helped run the office. 5 Stars *****

"it sucks. route 4 to DC is really tough during rush hour. the same for heading down Suitland prkwy. "

"No events but it is a nice well maintained neighborhood. They have been updating the neighborhood since the new company bought it almost 2 years ago. Maintenance & help from the desk with issues could be better but other than that it is a nice neighborhood "

"I moved here from PG County 10 years ago. Comparatively --- I feel like I moved into paradise! The high school for the neighborhood is a national Blue Ribbon school. The area is so safe. It is truly country living in horse country -- and it's a livable commute daily into DC."
