Tenants will have full use of the home and immediate surrounding yard; however, the entire acreage is not intended for exclusive tenant use. A separate garage/building on the property is reserved for owner use. The owner may access the property periodically for maintenance or use of this structure but will respect the tenant's privacy and will not use the immediate area surrounding the home.

Maximum occupancy of the home is limited to the number of individuals listed on the lease agreement. Subleasing or listing the property on short-term rental platforms is not permitted. Tenant agrees to maintain the home in good condition and return it in similar condition at move-out, excluding normal wear and tear. Tenant may also be required to maintain renter's insurance during the lease term.
