Play basketball or bring your tennis racquet because both these courts are available.
Comfortable patio with romantic night lighting. Propane BBQ grill to enjoy a salmon or burger.
Plenty of world class beaches all close by. Try a different one every day. Bradenton Beach is 22 minutes, Lido Beach is 25 minutes and Anna Maria Island is 28 minutes. Holmes Beach and Coquina Beach are both 30 minutes and Siesta Key Beach is 35 minutes. Plenty of convenient shopping and restaurants all within 3 minutes. 2 hours and 40 minutes to Disney Parks. i75 is 10 minutes away, so moving north or south in the state is a breeze. Downtown Sarasota is 18 minutes and downtown St. Pete is 40 minutes. Tampa and Ybor City is only 47 minutes away and this place even makes sense for some of the Tampa conferences where hotel rooms can be pricy. Great public golfing about 22 minutes.
The famous Ellenton Outlets is only 18 minutes away and the brand new huge Mall at University Town Center is only 13 minutes away. Walmart Supercenter is 4 minutes (just 1 mile) and the nearest Publix supermarket is 6 minutes or 1.7 miles.

Walk into the house through the 2 car garage into the kitchen. It's fully stocked with dishes, stemware and basic appliances. Nicely updated with white cabinets, large pantry, new tile floors and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of counter space to easily prepare all your meals if you prefer.

The living room space is comfortably furnished with a black leather "L" shaped sofa, 50's retro style, large enough for 5 or 6 people. Enjoy the WiFi and Direct Streaming TV on the 46" Samsung. Sliders in the living room open up into the enclosed patio. Enjoy a meal out on the patio as there is a dining table for 4 people. Just enter through the patio door to the optionally heated swimming pool that is also enclosed from the Florida bugs. On the end of the pool under shade is a sitting area with outdoor loveseat, coffee table and two chairs. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the fresh air.

The second bedroom has a queen bed decorated with neutral colors of beige and soft white. Large window allows the morning sun to gently roll in. Wood tile floors are comfortably cool under your suntanned feet. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make one king bed. Another twin mattress is available to use with a stow away bed frame. Extra sheets are available.

Should you want to bring your well behaved dog, no problem. Prior written approval is required however along with a pet deposit.

Pool heater is installed to be used in the cooler months. Please let us know if you want to heat the pool as there is an extra charge that will be applied. Pool heat only makes sense from November until early April.
