3 Bedroom 2 Bath Large living area. Eat in Kitchen. Nice sized walkin pantry. Large fenced back yard with RV gate and storage shed. Across from greenbelt. There is a park down the street. There is a canal behind the subdivision great for bike riding, walking dog or running. Near Superstition Springs mall. Southern and Higley in Mesa. On bus line.

Please do not ask for an application if you aren't interested in filling it out. It is very detailed 3 pages long. I screen very thoroughly. I sent 16 out yesterday and recieved one incomplete back. Why do I screen before arranging showing? Because I live out of state and do not want to bother current tenant with showing to unacceptable applicants.
Tenant responsible for all utilities, cable and wifi service. Additional cleaning deposit $150. Pet deposit $100.
Owner pays association fee. If you can't follow rules please don't apply. The front yard has to be maintained, no weeds, Trash cans need to be placed behind fence on evening of pickup. These are the rules that are usually violated.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
