"Too many people. Nobody can drive. There’s always traffic even at 1am. Takes forever to get anywhere nowadays. Maybe if more people used public transportation there would be less cars on the road. "

"Only two ways into this area for my commute both are clogged during rush hour. County keeps approving building permits but does not do anything about the traffic issue"

"Public transportation is great! The commute to and from Seattle can be terrible though. Lynnwood is diverse like most communities though. Some good areas and some not as good areas. Over all however this is a nice middle to upper middle class area. "

"Road is very busy, cars race. Transients living in the green belt. People living in their cars on the side of the road until we call the police. I would never let my kids walk the road of 48th."

"None. That’s the problem. But this location is not really a neighborhood. One end of the street is a transient community college. The other end dumps into 99 where there are mostly car dealerships. Gentrification is just starting with a couple people offering about $500k per house and slowly converting to new apartment / condo developments. A third of the street is a car lot, then a 30yr old cheap, ugly, low-income, 70 unit rental. In 10 years, the area will look completely different than the dirty unkempt mess it is now that nobody takes responsibility for."
