Exterior Features:This 2 sotry home has an asphalt roof. At one point the siding was all vinyl but the majority of the sides and back of the house are missing the vinyl siding. It's now striped down to the wood. There is no garage, but there is a stone driveway next to the house. There is a partially fenced in back yard. In the front of the house is a big front porch. The back porch is in bad condition and needs replaced.Interior Features:The inside is in good condition. The living room floors are carpeted as well as some of the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with hard wood floors. The kitchen has a linoleum floor. The bath rooms need updated and some of it has been ripped out. Both the bathrooms have linoleum floors and both need sinks. The upstairs bathroom needs a toilet. There is a hole in the upstairs hallway floor. There is not a/c, furnace, hot water tank that was seen. All the doors are boarded except the front.

    "Some ‘dog-walkers’ carry a ‘poop’ sack w/then when they walk their dogs in the neighborhood (which is great)! Other people let their dogs ‘poop’ in people’s yards & are too lazy to ‘clean up the mess!! Nobody likes ‘stepping’ in a pile of ‘dog poop’! Yuck!! 😆👎"

    "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"
