This is a lovely home with large front, storage shed and 2 car carport. Great location and opportunity. Less than 1 minute from Charles D Owen Park with the Swannanoa River, ponds, playsets, basketball courts and ball fields, as well has the Warren Wilson Trail follows the river for a couple miles. Wonderful park to be close to. Easy access to grocery and close to both Black Mountain and Asheville. The home has a large living area that opens to the dining room and kitchen. good size pantry plus laundry room just off the kitchen. The master bath is large and complete with a large soaking tub and separate stand alone shower. The home has been smoked in and there is a smoking odor that buyer will need to be ok with or be willing to correct.
