I have a 3 bedroom furnished home in Dayville (Killingly) Ct, within 30 minutes to Providence,Worcester and Norwich, 40 minutes to Hartford, I would like to rent to a responsible family or individual, the house has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms a laundry room with a washer /dryer hookup, it is oil heat with a propane fireplace, the downstairs is an open floor plan with a front porch and deck to the back, beautiful winter and fall views, utilitys are not included but will fill the oil tank prior to move in, very close to I 395 and rt 101, shopping amenities are close by and recreational parks with great school systems, hiking trails with fishing across the street, lawncare and snowplowing is negociable, cats and small dogs inside the house is allowed, i have a run with a doghouse outside for larger dogs. if interested please contact Andy im leaving 2nd week of June.
